They own some GREAT online instant tech support on their site, that's for sure. If you DO buy one though, I'd suggest getting one with at most minuscule 1 GB of ram surrounded by it since Windows Vista would be the obvious OS that would come next to your machine. Anything smaller amount than 1 GB, and you're new device will be crawling.
