Laptop blind go black when I shut the cover?
I bought the computer on ebay and the operating system was erased, so I bought Windows XP.
Is within a setting I can change so when I shut it I can instigate it and resume my work?
Thanks
Answer:
Right click on the deskop -> Properties ->Screen Saver->Monitor Power ... and something should be there roughly closing your lid
When you close the cover of a laptop it goes into a power abiding mode. The screen should turn spinal column on when you open the cover. But on some models it doesn't. If specifically the case next just press the power button.
yes in that is
1. right click on desktop, and click on properties
2. click on power, check the power scheme is set to portable/laptop
3. later click on advanced
4. then progress the setting on "when i close the lid of my laptop"
to do nothing
Go into control panel, uncap the power options, clear sure the power schemes is set to Portable/laptop. surrounded by the advanced tab under power buttons, brand name sure that under when I close the lid of my computer that standby is checked
probably a powersaving protocol. You should be capable of hit the space bar or move the mouse to power up the peak again. otherwise you can put the laptop in sleep mode, formerly shutting the lid, so it boots up quicker next time.
move about to your control panel click on power options later go to advanced afterwards go to when i close the lid on my portable computer.contained by the drop down menu choose do nothing.
Its totally majority. It is a power saving aspect. Why would you want to burn energy from your mobile, when you are not using the screen (closing the lid)? That and compact disc roms, and also hardrives are the hardest drainers of battery duration.
