i lately had to reformat my complicated drive for an E1505 (dell laptop). I ran the XP installation disc but it did not install any of the drivers that come with the computer. I lost the discs that come with the drivers. Is nearby somewhere i can download them from?

simple goto the creation site and sellect help/support there you will find drivers you inevitability
go to the dell website and look lower than support for drivers then select your model
