Compaq laptop: get really loud and shuts past its sell-by date. Bottom get hot?

Everytime I accessible a couple of windows or run programs, my laptop get loud and shuts off. I open the casing and checked fan-it works fine. Any design?

your fans arent working or not moving similar to they should, clean them, if that doesnt work buy an external one
