When will apple laptops come next to solid state harddisks?

I'm wondering if it is worth while waiting for the apple laptops to come next to solid state harddisks or if it is to long into the future to continue for.

I'd say two years for them to draw from hybrids and maybe 6 or seven to bring back full solid state. The drives ARE fast, but they can single do so many R/W cycles and they are tremendously expensve by comparison to magnetic memory. Hybrids might turn to consumer for pc this year.
