Notebook graphics acceleration through ExpressCard slot?

I enjoy an HP Pavilion dv1738od with an ExpressCard slot and I want to know if in that is any way to upgrade, expedite, or boost graphic production. Everything that I've read so far says no, but I would close to to be sure before I furnish up for now. I know here is a new external graphics card, but is in attendance something a little more simple that of late gives a boost. Call of Duty works fine in need any lag, but Halo have lag from the start and after after I played through the game once it said I didnt enjoy enough memory to run the 3D graphics.

Anybody hold any quick fix thinking or am I just kinda stuck?

Answer:
above answers are correct. what you can do is return with more ram, gross sure the gpu is cool with a cooling solution, and net sure you have the up-to-the-minute forceware. also, and this is a real minor one, install the winter sport on a fresh hard disk to draw from slightly better performance from the inner quantity of the platter.
out of luck buddy...
Laptops arn't really made for gaming...

Also, it is too expensive to make a gaming laptop...

I would a bit spend $2000 to make an best gaming desktop than getting a so-so laptop that can run some hardcore games... which would be outdated in few week or so anyways.
You're kinda stuck, at hand is generally no means of access to upgrade most laptops internal components because they are intergrated into the motherboard.
Express card:

Really designed to add pci slots to the notebook:

Also have some different fuctions, but doesn't seem to allow pci-express or agp. Best you can do is a x1300 pci card, next to the add-on box for the expresscard54.
YES!
Asus XG station and magma expressbox are the two companies surrounded by this area. Asus claim x10 see increase when you use their desktop 7900 in conjunction beside the standard intergrated graphics (GMA 950 intel).
