Where to buy HP laptop installed next to window vista next to money lay down?

I wan't to buy a goog look'in HP laptop near windows vista home premium from big companies close to walmart, bestbuy, and compusa for 500-1000$$$ I tried looking on ebay but they don't
have any.

Most places online dont want to ship COD..which sounds approaching what you are asking. If you walk into a Walmart, if your money writ is legit, along with a valid Id, you should not hold a problem.
