I have a deal beside PC world, also a laptop crush. They must fix it or give you a tentative one but it will take them ages. First, most probable, they'll send it to the Tech guys, and if after a couple of weeks they can't do anything almost it, you should just stand up for your rights. They can effortlessly forget about you so it's better to come rear and remind. In my case it took three weeks but as a result they give me a new one which be actually better and more expensive. They speak they are not supposed to do that but I think if you politely ask to speak to the director, impossible is nothing.
