You need to reinstall the missing files or reinstall window. If it is a virus a reformat and reinstall will nuke it. It isn't necessary to buy a current laptop.

If you are missing some, you may be capable of track down and install the specific dll files that you need. Reinstalling your OS will revert the files wager on to their original state but you also involve to reinstall all your programs as very well.
