well i dont know any places surrounded by India because im am a American but it should cost around $100 - $200 your probly better off buying a used one. but if you own the money you can get your self a nice one for approaching $200 - $250.
well you looking replaceing the hole laptop if you video card is deceased,your display settings might have merely been transform.try to plug a desk top monitor into the back of your laptop display card and see if anything comes up on the monitor.if so after try changing you display setting surrounded by control panel.its kinda tricky I would get someone who know what to. if your nor sure what to do.if you set the rong setting you might lose bouth monitors.but its happen to me B4 i merely gave a passageway a computer that still work.try that if it dont work you will just own to replace the system.GOOD LUCK
