Answer:
Well there is two things that you could do. You could stir to start, all programs, paraphernalia, system tools, and then system restore. Then you can restore your computer to a before time. Also compaq computers have a nice factor that allows you to restore your computer back to how it be when you first bought it. But if you do this it will delete any thing that you have downloaded or software that you have installed. You also own to make sure you unplug any external devices, approaching printers modems, ect. You don't have to unplug the mouse and upright. To do this you have to hold on to pressing F9 while your computer is booting up. Then click on destructive recovery.
sure,
it's broken.
you should try sysem restoreation......
It's ******* messed up!
It is a compaq.
I dont know how long ago it [your comp] be doing everything right. But a simple restore your settings to a month or two if necessary may abet.
Seems like you hold multiple problems with the system. I usually recommend doing a format reinstall but alot of general public dread such an action. More information must be included about the specs of the system. I'm assuming that you are using Windows XP Media Center Edition. You can use Windows system recovery tool built into Windows 2000 and above. You would run to Start, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore...
it seems that you are contained by different user mode which donot have okay to change the wallpaper,so log as an administrator and furnish access to that user to change wallpaper.
