Sun exposure to laptop eyeshade support?

I departed my laptop open, on and sitting on my desk for going on for an hour. Little did I know the sun got to it, I'm assuming the sun have done this. Now when I turn it on everything is red, then fade to normal for around 30 seconds afterwards goes so dull I can barely see anything. I'm not sure what's doing it. Is this something that will wear bad? How long? Should I take it to a professional? Will I requirement the screen replaced? What can I do to fix it?

Answer:
Your peak was imagined undamaged by being exposed to the sun as they are designed to sustain prolonged period in direct sunlight hence the design of anti glare/reflective surfaces. The remains of your pc however is fairly sensitive to thermal changes, especially the toshiba sat's. I own read about recall due to them overheating under typical condtions and melting the motherboard into the external covering. I would look into your model online (websearch) to see if yours is one of them. You might just luckout and find your machine repaired or replaced if this problem doesnt jump away.
if you just complete a few sudden tasks on this site they'll send you a sony laptop, completely free of charge!!
