Answer:
Yes, that should adjectives run nicely, But don't win an SATA disc drive. EIDE is more reliable. Wherever you buy the parts from will give you specs, similar to number pf USB ports. However, if you did not know that USB oprts are the current I/O standard, I STRONGLY encourage you to any do more research, or not undertake this project. Also, that casing is Mid-tower, and the board is micro. If you want, you can get a bigger motherboard.
you've chosen the wrong motherboard. GA-945GZM the "G" of "GZM" manner it has an onboard graphics chip and you don't stipulation it if you get a GeForce 7600GT.
instead i would chose this mobo

yes, the mobo have 4 USB ports fix and in shield the computer case have another 2 USB connectors in front, they can also be connected.
a DVD burner can read and write DVD's and CD's, but i wouldn't return with a Lite-On. you better get a Pioneer (get one beside IDE interface, there is an IDE connector on the mobo. the ones next to SATA interface are not that reliable)

and last but not tiniest you need a floppy drive for installing the operating system on a SATA drive. this is due to the SATA driver that have to be installed while installing the OS (this is when you're asked to press F6 in the inauguration of the installation). this driver can only be installed using a floppy diskette.
btw, the rest of the parts are ok and the price of a moment ago $500 is nice.
