My sister of late bought a laptop & requirements to access the internet from it.?

She have dial up at home & thought all she needed to do be put the extension in the pay for of the laptop but she still cant access the internet from it. Is there something she wishes to do? your help will be appreciated. Thankyou.

The company that she get her internet from will have to provide the software via post or she can download it with a computer elsewhere that have internet connection.

If she doesn't require software consequently copy the settings from her old computer.
Internet Explorer
Click tools-->Internet Options-->Connections Tab

The settings to be copied and altered are located here. If she needs relief she should call her Internet Service Provider. They usually own 1-800 numbers to call and sensible tech support. It won't take much time to numeral it out!
