My Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop computer have bungled to boot up upon start up. What is the raison d`être of this?

I hold a Dell Inspiron 8600 Laptop computer which works ok up to yesterday. When i turned on the laptop, the boot up menu froze and it doesn't move at all. The eyeshade doesn't move beyond the main Dell menu boot up smooth. What can be the cause of this let-down in the boot up and can my files on the local drive 'C' be retrieved?

you should try booting into not dangerous mode and after windows starts restart your computer and enter surrounded by normal mode

receive a proffesional comp repair guy to retrieve the information on ur hard disk, nd consequently buy a new computer

try past the worst mode that might work and it could be a virus or just something wrong next to windows. and yes you can retrieve your files from your harddrive they hold something that you can buy that takes your files and moves them into a external harddrive next when you get your comp fixed you in recent times upload them back to your unproved harddrive. i think its resembling $80 or so it looks like a external harddrive and i give attention to you plug it up to the usb and it will do it automaticly. good luck
