First you stipulation a tv tuner card, your not going to be able to basically download something..Then you will be able to use an entenna or cable to hook up and monitor tv..

Doesn't exist, conceivably you should write it. While you're at it, make a program that cooks me toast. I can put the bread contained by the CD drive and later it will do the work overnight.

If you want local TV on your laptop, you'll have to buy a TV tuner (either PC card or USB).
