Removing the Hard Drive from a notebook?
Since when Iast time I did this with Dell (horrible company), they finished up deleting partially of my information and went through my folders, I want to embezzle the Hard Drive out to keep adjectives my data and personal information next to myself. I have sensible info on this laptop such as college work that I can't afford to lose or have citizens snooping through.
I just own a few questions almost the HD since I've never done it myself before:
1. Is it possible to thieve the Hard Drive out and keep it next to me until I get my laptop posterior?
2. If I took it out, all the notes will still remain & nothing will be corrupt, correct?
Thanks again, I appreciate any accommodating responses.

Just let them know that u will be sending the laptop for repair short the hard drive. The tough drive is easily accessible from the beneath side of the laptop. Usually there is a cover that u own to remove by removing 2 littles crews, and then calmly remove the drive.
Good Luck
To take out your laptop harddrive you are looking at a 1-3 hour process if you own never done it before. plus it will mowst imagined void your warranty.
They will also require that the frozen drive be in the contraption so they can boot it up and check on it.
It's not going to harm your background, but it is going to make the full thing pointless.
If within are no issues with the rock-hard drive then you should be capable of send it lacking it, they will put their own hard drive contained by it to test it, your notes will not be lost or corrupted
