What cause my computer to run too slow. I don't hold any virus on it.?

try this: press the ctrl-alt-delete keys together at alike time to get the 'windows obligation manager' window to pop up. click on the processes tab and after on the CPU column (twice). this will sort your running processes by CPU% of use. see what the top processes are and determine if it is some application that you recently installed. if so, you may want to remove it. could also be that your virtual memory allocation is too low (if not set automatically) and/or that you involve additional RAM memory. If adjectives else fails try slaughter off (one by one) processes surrounded by the 'windows task manager' skylight that have 'owner' as the user given name. if performance get better after killing a unusual process that process is the likely culprit. hope this help.

Slow speed may be due to frequent things.
1) Amount of RAM- if u have lot of programs running u must hold lot of RAM too, coz if RAM is less it wil impose a lot of pagefile swaping from disk and it wil slow down ur system, for XP mechanism 512MB RAM is fine.
2) DMA enabled on ur hard disk- check if DMA is enabled within ur hardisk, if it is not then program access from hardisk wil be slow.

Hmmmm. it's most likely do to run into, or your memory. You can get hit upgrades, so maybe you should look into that.
Try a program call CCleaner. It will clean out adjectives useless junk similar to invalid registry files.
