Laptop eyeshade tracers and video resedue?

I am have this problem with tracers adn vidio resedue, any suggestions on somehting I can check, i lately reloaded
windows and everything else is fine

It sounds resembling your refresh rate is to slow... Right click on your desk top, goto property's, look contained by your graphics settings for refresh and up the #... Good Luck!!
