i hold toshiba satllite A-65 laptop (notebook) and when i try to install win xp it start but for 3 or 4 minute it appers error massage it said "file setupdd. sys could not be loaded the error code is 4" i try to for win me but the error press is the same. I loaf your best advice

Check the CD for scratch. A lot of times the CD is the culprit. Will enjoy scratches or may be dirty.
Also, near is a possibility that your CD-ROM drive is bad. If neither OS disc will work the drive may be bad.
Take the disc and check it on another PC. See if it will read the CD
You may also want to try the following:
Try delete the existing partition and reformatting the rugged drive.
Then try to install XP.
