Computer crash?Compaq Pressrio..bought Nov.05?

My computer comes but the arrow doesn't move at adjectives. I have tried the wad and also the mouse but it just does not move. I own cleaned the pad on the computer and it STILL doesnt work. If in attendance anyway I can get the computer working again short having to call for someone in?

If you bought the laptop investigational, I would strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer as it is still underneath warranty.
If someone else messes with it you may negated the warranty.
Restore ur system by using option System Resore
1.Start

4.System tools
5.System restore

use your system repossession CD. & reinstall through compact disc.
If I understand you correctly and neither your touch wad or an external mouse will move the cursor arrow, then your computer may be hung. Try control alt delete to see if that does anything but but for I think you really will hold to call someone surrounded by.

Speaking as an "independent" myself I recommend you try to find an independent computer repairer rather than one of the substantial chains, which tend to overcharge.
