I get it brand new and im really upset and i really wanna play it but the padding is crazy!! The bottom of my laptop gets completely hot too and thats when it gets slow anything i can do abou that?

i cogitate its most likely down to a compatability issue (unless you enjoy Sims Life Stories - The only one stating its laptop friendly), is your brand new laptop Intel Pentium or Celeron (celeron arent all that great for games within my experience)
