I wanna upgrade the knock against on my laptop. How can i know what type of knock against i requirement?

It usually comes zipped up, so only just unzip it. You do not need to install it. Just click on the exe database. Give it a few moments to scan the system. When it opens, click the SPD tab.
Go to http://www.crucial.com and look up your computer or motherboard's create and model.
I suggest you look at the brand of your laptop, goto the manufacturers webpage and look up your model too see what it come with (IF you don't own the manual to put in the picture you these things) and obviously whatevers within there you should use.
