Acer Aspire 1500 won't start up right sometimes?
Answer:
It sounds approaching your operating system could be corrupt. It's also possible that you have some type of virus/spyware infection.especially if you enjoy used file sharing programs approaching limewire etc...
If you aren't conerned with loosing your background then reloading the operating system should thieve care of the problems you are have (assuming that your hardware is ok).
If you are concerned with loosing facts (e.g. word documents, pictures, music, etc.) try booting into safe mode by hitting the F8 knob immediately after turning your system on and backbone up your data and next reload it using the restore cds that should have come beside your computer. Hope this helps.Good Luck Hommie.
The biggest problem you hold is that it's an Acer, you got yourself a solid piece of crap there. If you enjoy the original OS disc, you could run the salvage program because it does sound similar to the operating system has become corrupted.
You might want to try booting into "Safe Mode"
