How do you back-up your system on a Mac OS X? I'd also resembling to know how to back-up songs in iTunes. Is it like peas in a pod process?

I write them to a Blu-Ray disk (I just upgraded my drive!). I used to vertebrae them up to DVDs.
It's all built surrounded by ... for backups.... but the to burn an audio cd for use on usual players, it's a different command...
all built contained by to iTunes.
