Hey I've read adjectives the other questions roughly restarting laptops and havnt really found anything that helps however. i have an Acer Aspire 1644ZWLMi laptop and whenever i try to download anything it restarts. i carry no warning message or anything, it only goes. i hold run all my anti-virus programs and checked adjectives the battery settings. ive cleaned the fan and power supply. whenever i try to defrag it also restarts which leads me to believe its something to do beside the harddrive.
this laptop is only a few months matured, any help pls? thx

If it is still surrounded by warranty, I would take it surrounded by for repairs.
This sounds a bit like a loose power connector, or on the blink circuit.
There is a possibility that its the hard drive, but the suspicion tend to point towards power issue.
