Forget the Mac if you want to run Windows for starts! Get an HP! Good support, ease of restoration to factory default.
I repair PCs and will gaurantee that DELL is NOT the best! Support sucks, its almost immpossible to upgrade, parts cost a fortune!

But for PC base laptops in my Opinion Dell is the best by far. Best price, best support, best reliability.

Mac graphics card 64MB does not equal 128MB. Yes, Macs can run any XP or Vista under Bootcamp (and I meditate Parallels, too). It depends also which Mac laptop you are talking give or take a few. MacBooks use integrated Intel Graphics, which many entry plane notebooks use, wherase MacBook Pros use an ATI X1600 graphics processor (which should be capable of handle Vista efficiently.they come in 128MB and 256MB sizes).
It is tough to say which company is the best. It depends on what you want within a computer. Mac offers someting that no other computer inventor offers, Mac OSX and its iLife Suite. THe computers it make are designed well and their tech support is hugely good. When it comes to PC manufacture, you should eliminate Dell right away--their customer support is ruinous and the reliability of them is as well. Out of the three PC maker, HP is probably the best.
No 64 is not = to 128. I think Dell or HP is the best .

This is what I've done near my new MacBook. I've used Macs and PC's my full life, and although OSX is better than XP, Vista take the gold surrounded by every field.
