Help!!!I hold a Dell Inspiron 8600, I enjoy an internet signal, my signal strenght is excellent, but..?

when I click Firefox, it pops up but nought loads, the screen is blank, it say it is waiting for the site's name contained by the bottom left corner, I do not know what to do, it be working all today except at approaching 6.30, i have never have a problem before, help out please!

Your modem and/or router may need to be reset. Turn them both sour for two minutes then turn on the modem first, keep on for all lights to come pay for on indicating proper functioning and then turn the router final on. This is because having a signal from your router show up on your computer does not be a sign of that you are actually getting an internet nouns.

try right clicking on the internet signal symbol,see repair click on that and windows should repair it for you,that's what i do when it happen to me.
