I activate the Mac software update 2 days ago in demand to upgrade my iTunes, Mac software, etc. after it seemed everything have been installed, the computer froze when it said that it be maximizing the available space on the disk, or something similar to that. I shut down the computer by holding down the power button, and when I turned the computer back on, adjectives I saw was a blank grey eyeshade. I'm not sure what happened, but I call Apple Technical Support, and they said I needed a Mac OSX Install/Utility Disk to fix the problem, something I don't have.
If anybody out near, could you please send a Mac OSX Install disk to:

i can't transport u disk because i live in europe lol, but i would own reformating my software, and then again installing the infirm one, and even then you can upgrade it!
