I am getting, most notorious, Windows blue peak. It say some error within citation memory location 00...?
Its Windows XP, so I am not getting any command as scandisk to cure bad sector.
I tried to restore my system thru window and it did but still blue screen appear very soon and then
I tried to restore laptop using Dell restore also, Mine is a dell laptop.
Though it restored but however problem of blue screen is not solved.
I tried disk verbs up, de-fragment. Thorough Diagnostic of Dell, but nothing worked.
Please describe me how to get rid of this blue blind.
Dell don't give any installation Cd for window so I can't format and re-install windows!!!
please suggest!!!

Have you upgraded your ram lately, or installed another stick? It might be that the new knock against is not compatible. If you have 2 sticks of run into, remove one and see if that solves it. If not, then swap the sticks and try it.
Dell computers tend to own memory address issues with standard system memory sticks.
