What giving of cable do I entail to connect my laptop to my standard tube small screen?

I enjoy a Dell Inspiron E1505 and besides usb ports and ethernet and dial-up ports, there are with the sole purpose two other places to connect a wire, one is blue, in the order of 3/4 of an inch long, with holes for screw on both sides and it has a picture below it of a box beside vertical lines on both sides. The other is a small circular black port with a diagram of a box next to antennae on top and an arrow pointing out of the box to the right. Is there a cable, preferably one that I could plug into like a/v ports on the tv that I plug video game consoles into?

I own a LSD it comes with a HDMI socket beside which to connect

There's a cable called S-Video you can draw from it at walmart, target or bestbuy easily... simply stick it into the small circular black port

Get it at walmart as Vlord told you, it's a s-Video cable, in the extreme have a normal monitor input and the other extreme have an rca terminal.
