I'm assuming you tight key; look at it and see if you can push it stern into its spot. Or if you can't do that, but can push on the button that's underneath it and it's not a big problem, I would live it.

Send it back to where on earth? The person on eBay will probably not know how to repair it. Take it to a place that sell computers, as they can send it to enjoy it fixed, or companies who service computers. You will probably have to clear to have it fixed. You can try to put it fund on while it is turned off to see if it will stay.
you should know how to put it on yourself, if it has a jelly idea small part and a white bit adjectives you have to do is click the white bit hindmost into the tiny hooks and then put the jelly bit down ( this is the bit that when you push the push button down it imprints into what letter should come up) afterwards pust the black key ontop and it should adjectives stay
It is very simple to fix the button. Thre is no obligation to send it rear. The cost of taking/ getting it back along next to the time delay, it is better that you transmutation yourself.
I don't think you can transport it back because of how long it have been, but if the clips on the push button aren't broken on it, you should be able to capture it to snap right back into place. It will singular pop in one path, but might take *a little* bit of pressure, but not closely to get it to pop rear into its clips.
you should take it to a computer store its better to take-home pay somebody to do it than risk breaking an large investment
