The nouns on my computer wont work. I dont know why. (its a laptop) my dad took it into work yesterday and they couldnt figure it out any. It has a scroll article on the frong that i usually use. But its not doing anything. The manual article on the side is gone too. (but i think i accidently delete that.but it was working after i delete that) and now it doesnt show up on the control panel.WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?! (my dads buissness owns it its not ours)

progress to the sound devices on the control panel. trademark sure it isn't muted, if that doesn't work, go to www.gateway.com and on the front or bottom of the laptop, it should show your model #. check out for sound drivers for your laptop, that should fix it.

Go to Microsoft and download the driver again.
u involve to look at the bottom and get model number , consequently if u can hook to the web , run to dell.com and reload drivers for sound ,
ably..if u left your computer on adjectives night the nouns dosent work..same thing happend to me...bring in sure u turn off your computer..nd when you turn it pay for on their should be sound
