Computer keep turning stale for no drive please backing!!?

i hold a toshiba m55-s3314 laptop, about a year out-of-date. it has in a minute started turning off for no source its not hot. im usually on the internet when it happens but not adjectives the time. and when i turn it back on it'll turn bad again within 2-3 min. it'll do this for in the region of two days then it'll stopp and work fine for 2-3 weeks. please relieve me cuz if this dont stop im gonna throw this against a wall.

its prolly time for a reformat ... it could be a virus .. u could be overheating , or the harddrive maybe going out ...
Sounds to me similar to a heat issue or the hanger-on is going out so the system shuts down to prevent damage to the cpu.
Call a computer fixer
Run your anti virus and Spyware programs within Safe Mode.
If you don't have them I would recommend AVG Free found a http://www.free.grisoft.com
for spyware, I use Super Anti-Spyware found at http://www.superantispyware.com...
Throw it over my instrument. :-)

Redefine Power Options
try charging it Ok PS don't use it for a minute.
