Error message the instruction at "0x62304390" etc?

the instruction at "0x62304390" referenced memory at "0x62304390" afterwards followed by something cant be read, click ok to close. it is extremely annoying, even more becuase i dont know what on earth is it give or take a few, is there a genious out near who knows?

It might be cause by the Yahoo Toolbar.

Just go to the control panel later uninstall programs.
Remove the program "Yahoo Browser"
Their is something somewhere conflicting with your memory how much memory do you enjoy ? try this other method and let me know if it did the trick.
