How do I fix it?
Answers:
I would patently try to see if your warranty will cover it. If not, I would contact the manufacturer and achieve a price quote. There are some third party vendor that will fix screens for cheaper than the capitalist.

Wow... umm, I'm assuming that you had a laptop... if the blind is cracked and it's very threatening, then you'd probably inevitability to replace the light at the back the screen...it'll cost you in the order of $500... unless you have a warranty on the computer, next you can just contact Sony and transport it in for them to fix it.
Replacing laptop LCD screen can be done, but it won't be cheap, the average replacement screen is around $300 minus labor, and even with experience, it will still probably run about 2 hours to do. The average shop will probably want around $50-$75 per hour. My nephew tried Geek Squad and they considered necessary $610 total to replace a damaged Dell LCD laptop peak. I tried to beat the price, and even getting the LCD peak for wholesale, I haven't done alot of them so I don't know all the shortcuts, it took me almost 4 hours to complete the repair, and if I have been charging him for labor my price would still own been close to $600. Here is a association to a site with replacement laptop LCDs, follow the links base on your model to get an perception how much the replacement screen is going to cost. You might find it overall cheaper to replace the latop. Link: http://www.screentekinc.com/sony-laptops...
