How to correct 16 color (1 bit) to 16 color (8 bit)?

I cannot upgrade or bring on internet (zoomtown) because my laptop doesn't meet this min. requirement. I hold chosen several different monitor types but nothing help.

right click your screen and select properties / settings / color level. If the desired setting is not there next your video card cant do it.
