Answer:
Haven't seen that error back so i can't help much. If it's a exotic laptop, i would take it spinal column and exchange it for another one. The first thing you should other do with a up to date laptop is to fully charge the battery first in the past turn it on for the first time.
2 options...

A) You can attempt to Do It Yourself, (instructions to follow).
or
B) If it truly is contemporary, you can call the Tech Support number for the company that you purchased it from, anyone that they would (should) be more familiar beside the exact programs installed on your system.

DIY- You could try to re-boot into Safe Mode & disabling the "Clean Up" program from loading with Windows.

1) Power down the system and supply it at least 30 second.

2) Re-start the system and immediately fire up to tap on the "F8" push button repeatedly. (Doing this will bring up the boot menu screen.).

3) Choose Safe Mode and boot into Windows.

4) Log-In as "Administrator".
On the pop-up box that tell you your in Daignostic mode, click OK.
***FYI - If you are un-familiar near Safe Mode, things WILL LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT, don't worry more or less it. Safe-Mode just loads the nude minimum needed for windows to work, none of the fancy bells & "Windows Whistler" lol).

5) Go to the "Start Menu"; "ALL Programs"; "StartUp" and see if at hand are any program listed surrounded by there. If so, you can right-click on the shortcut and stick them to your Desktop.
(This will stop them from loading with Windows while still giving you instantaneous access to them after you boot up.

*** IF you found the offending program and removed it from the "StartUp" folder, it is a good hypothesis to re-boot and see if the problem is solved.
If not, then proceed to step 6.

6)Hold the "Window" Key & press the reminder " R ", which will launch the Run Menu.

7) Type "msconfig" and hit the ok button.

8a) Go to the "StartUp" Tab and disable any programs that you do not know 100% are safe to be running, (e.g. Your Anti-Virus program).

8b) Write Down the moniker of the programs listed here. You can use this roll later to find out what "CleanUp" program you have and to also streamline your system to booting & running quicker.

9) Hit OK and close the MSConfig Utility.

10) Re-boot your system normally.

11) After logging within to Windows, a pop-up box will appear alerting you that MSConfig has be used. Check the little box telling you not to show the message again and click OK.

12) Launch your Web Browser and do a immediate search on the program name that you found in the StartUp tab of MSConfig. Place a check on the valid programs that you touch you need to nouns with your PC, (AntiVirus, Printer Programs, Video Drivers, etc.).
{FYI - There are sure programs that feel that should nouns with your computer that are unnecessary at boot time.
For instance - QuickTime, RealPlayer, Any Instant Messenger Client, etc.. Programs that you do not use the second you boot your system.}

13) Now repeat steps 6, 7, & 8 and re-enable whichever programs you discern necessary to boot beside Windows.

14) Re-Boot one last time and repeat step 11 (MSConfig pop-up warning).

This should thieve care of the problem. If you hold any further questions that may arise out of my proposal, email me and I'll get put money on at my earliest convenience.
