Laptop problem?
Answer:
I have a similar problem it was cause by the battery. Try taking out the freestyle and just use the AC power. If that doesn't work try the converse - leave the battery-operated in and unplug it, see what happen.
UNPLUG IT TAKE OFF THE BATTERY PUT BATTERY BACK ON AND TRY TURN IT ON.
If you are running it from battery, plug it within and see if it does the same item. If it still doesn't work, try re-seating the RAM. If that doesn't work, your display may have has-been. Try connecting an external monitor to see if your desktop shows up on it. If it doesn't, it could be anything from a failed not easy drive, to a failed system board. If the things I suggested don't work, nick it to a shop to have them diagnose the problem.
