Laptop Drivers?

I purely got a spanking new VAIO laptop and it only have one drive (c drive).

I'm asking how can I add more drives or split the current one up.

also, HOW do you join more drives?

On a laptop, you don't have the odds to add an INTERNAL drive. You can, however, make a payment an EXTERNAL drive that plugs into a USB port.

There are external disk drive boxes that plug into the USB port.
You can also fence your current drive.
