1. Go to "Control Panel"
2. Double-Click "Regional and Language Options"
3. Click on "Languages" Tab.
4. Click the "Details" Button.
5. Click the "Add" Button.
6. Select your desired language from the drop-down box.
7. Change the 'Keyboard layout' if call for be.
8. Click "OK".
9. Click on "Key Settings" Button under "Preferences" Section.
10. Double click on "Switch Between Input Languages"
11. Select "Switch Input Languages" and select any one of the available push button combinations.
12. Select "Switch Keyboard Layouts" and select any one of the available key combinations if you would resembling to have a keyoard shortcut to conveyance the keyboard layout.

You are done.

Now you can switch your input terms by pressing the keyboard combination that you enjoy set in step:11.
