On my dell5100 the start menu still not showing up. do anybody know how to carry it to function?

its so much wrong beside my computer it a shame. i need to start every article over i guest but i still want all my notes. i just necessitate to get my start menu pay for first.

Answer:
It may be as simple as a sticky mouse. Remove the ball, verbs it, dry it and put it back. See if that help.
