Delete c:\Windows\temp\*.* files
Delete c:\windows\prefetch\*.*files
Delete c:\Documents and Settings\your login name\Local Settings\temp
Delete c:\Documents and Settings\your login name\Local Settings\temp internet files
Remove big files from desktop
Disable adjectives windows animation option. (My computer > properties> Advance>performance > setting> adjust for the best ceremony.)
uninstall any unnecessary software from system.
