I lately got a brand current HP dv6000 and i followed the directions on setting it up and after it was adjectives done i clicked on what i thought was the shut stale button but in truth was only just a hybernation button . So basically i thought my computer be charging all dark, which it was, but it did not charge adjectives the way so when i get up i actually turned it stale & then charged it until the freestyle was at 100 %. but today when i tried using it, i notice that the battery died unusually early, so i charged it back up to 100% and after put it in "power save" and only just let it sit. contained by 1 min. it was down to 99 % contained by 3 min down to 97 % and in 15 min it be down to 90% battery duration. Now please keep contained by mind that i didn't run any applications & after about 5 min. the blind even went dormant & that it's contained by the lowest power consuption mode, & also that the n.b is brand new. i know n.b's mobile life are pretty bleak but i think that this is excessive, should i return it i get only 2 days vanished to xchange/return

its probably fine ... u need to discharge it adjectives the way and afterwards charge it straight to full ... it will naturally drop bad from 100% quickly... and the other problems are only ur power settings ... and u should never turn a laptop off using the power button it can corrupt the harddrive ..
