I like my HP/Compaq NC4010 but it's too fresh to know if it's going to be tough enough. The model is in a minute superceded (by NC4200? maybe even explicitly out of date) so is reasonable price 2nd paw or end-of-line. It's a P4 mobile 1.6GHz, so not bad recitation.
