Maximum altitude for shipping, operating and storing a computer - why ?

Looking at the specs on one computer and notice this:

* Maximum storage altitude: 15,000 foot
* Maximum shipping altitude: 35,000 feet

Why can it single operate up to 10k feet ?
Why can it lone be stored at up to 15k feet ?
Why can't the plan fly highly developed than 35k feet beside it ? what will happen ?

Usually those types of specs single mean those are the confines it's been tested at.
