Lol resourcefully im 13! No difference but how old is your computer? If it's pretty weak then it might not work effieciently. Also how much stuff is surrounded by your hard drive? I suggest using the disk defragmentation on your computer. Go to Start>Programs>Accesories>Syst... Tools> Disk Defragmentation. That will comfort get rid of some stuff. Good Luck!

and tht should uncrease the speed 10 fold
When you own to take a experiment, and have deeply on your mind, is it easy to focus? Ok first of all, none of us are "just" anything. You are a 12 yr weak young woman and I will be positive to answer your question. It's not your laptop, it's the server. You may entail an upgrade or you could have a impossible connection. Check into that and if that's not the problem, thieve your laptop to the manufacturer, ie:macbook would shift to an apple store, dell to a dell store, etc. tell them your predicament and see if they'll lately do a free inspection, that way when you progress to your parents, you'll know just what the problem is and they'll be at ease you took the initiative to figure it out on your own. I hope!! Good Luck!
hey, kid..try hitting Ctrl+Alt+Delete..if "Bla..Bla..Bla..disabled by your admin.." displays, it may hold a worm (a very, impressively bad virus) surrounded by it..take it to your dad..or your mom..hehe..ya can't fix that..
You might not hold enough MB of RAM.
this is memory surrounded by the computer.

I don't have a laptop, though.

if you hold windows XP, you can access how much RAM you enjoy by going to the start menu and clicking "control panel".

click on the one that says "system".

and next there is a roll in a porthole that shows up about things contained by your computer.

one of the things is MB of RAM.

if you have a bunch of stuff on your computer, that funds it's taking up the memory.

if you have lower than 300, you might want to go and get a new memory card.
but those cost give or take a few 50 bucks.

i got 512MB for more or less 40$ at tigerdirect.com
Clean and defrag, remove your startup items, by going Start>Run>msconfig>Startup>dis... all except firewall/virusscan>reboot, run CCleaner(download it) and see that you hold a lot of cast-offs on there.
