Need support to attain a notebook?
im looking 4 a gaming notebook.. dont give an account me to buy a desktop..
my frens recomended asus and hp notebooks.. self like to know whether in that are any other manufacturers or specific models that i should consider..
what are the price differences between an asus, hp or any other brand u recomend? (im within singapore so u can give me your local price and i'll try to amount it out 2 c which is cheaper..)
last q, what os should i bring? vista or xp? are games playable on xp playable in vista or do i hav to linger 4 the special versions to come out?

I hear Toshiba's are decent for the price. I would absolutely go near XP tho, as Vista hasnt been tested however, and xp is established. You can always merely upgrade later when Vista is raid hardened and compatible with everything.
Avoid dell laptops resembling the plague.
Dells are not that bad for the price/value - their laptops are much better than the desktop models..HP's are too expensive and slow. Toshiba's are the method to go.Asus arent too discouraging for something made by what is primarily a motherboard manufacturer although smaller number common for laptops.
