Why can't I find a laptop minus Vista?

I bought my notebook from Circuit city ultimate week. It also was loaded next to vista home premium.(HP DV6244)..
I know its too bad that U wont be getting a notebook next to XP pro
But Look at the bright side. U get Vista on your unusual lappyy
If U want to delete vista U surely can create a system restore disk , Format and install XP pro 32 bit or 64 bit edition
If U want to have both systems.. create two partions and install both as duel boot. I enjoy done that and works fine.
I know Vista is SO cheesy and there are lot of bugs and require lot of service pack upgrades. But still its the adjectives.
I would suggest to go near Vista. Once U started Using it U Will feel the difference. I' do lot of programing and I use Xilinx IDE to VS2005 and SQL server. I have to download a service pack. that's all. everything is cool and better surrounded by Vista.
It's also a hardy system... comparing to XP pro. If not what's the use of a new operating system out on the open market... right?
Lot of Hackers gonna have problem beside Vista atleast for another year because of its new Security features. Belive me here are lot of faults when it comes to financial guarantee in XP pro SP2. Such as anyone able to login to XP system even if you are not the administrator. Theese be all fixed within Vista...(atleast for now)

most computer companies should be perfectly ready to sell you a computer near winxp on it, if you are going to the big stores like costco or walmart, forget it, but some of the privately owned shops should do it for you
Unfortunately, that's too unpromising because ALL new computers own Vista. If your lucky, there might be a couple that still host Windows XP, but drastically unlikely. However, if you buy a laptop from www.Newegg.com, a lot of the ones they’re selling still own XP installed on it.
you are not going to find a pc sold through a big box store that does not enjoy vista, unless it was on the shelves in the past xmas. Microsoft released Vista in January, and adjectives sellers started loading that on automatically. Going to a Dell or HP via the iinternet, and you may be demand a machine thru their business sale area, as most business are not have Vista loaded yet, they still seize XP. You can also order a appliance with no OS and later load the one you want.
vista is window new program. buy a mac! or you can hold a computer made to your specs. however, I believe vista is going to dominate the industry.
I hate to relate you this but now the VISTA have come out XP computers will no longer be available. You may want to try a less particular computer store as they may still have antiquated stock left. I don't blame you wanting XP, VISTA sucks. How nearly getting a mac? They are not virus/spyware prone like the specified windows PC is (and the price is comparable)

Because vista is the different OS. It's probably the fact that computer maker are getting kickbacks from Microsoft for feature Vista with the laptops. I contemplate the only XP-based laptop you are going to find is a used one. Go to a trade in shop. I've seen some murderer deals on laptops surrounded by my city. One time i saw a 3 gigahertz Dell laptop for $500.00. I didn't see anything wrong with it when i turned it on. Perhaps here was a problem that wasn't glaring, but it seem in great condition.

Why you don't want Vista?. it's because you already try it and you didn't like it or is it produce all the negative things people short having it hold said.
Don't forget they give you 30 days, and if you not rewarded you always can return it.
Or you can run on line to those approaching HP and Dell and talk to an agent and ask him for a computer beside XP OS
