I just this minute did a reinstall of windows xp pro of my dell inspiron e1405/640m. But in a minute i can't turn on my wireless card(fn+f2) anymore. i downloaded Intel Chipset Identification Utility Output, Version 3.05 but it said i had no hardware installed. so without a doubt i have to do that but i enjoy no idea how? Can anyone support please?

Go to Dell.com and search and download adjectives your drivers. If you have your service stub ID then it will donate you all the proper drivers for your computer. Here is a direct connection:
